right, you can get much more hits weissbier puting your website by default in english , and to setup a deutsch version in option, just my 2cent suggestion, look if I had made class101.org in french, sux, :)

a stupid question (i hope an intelligent answer :-) , does socks proxies for using with newsgroups can be sock 4 or it'll be better to use socks 5 ?

As far as I know, there's a slight difference between SOCK4 and SOCK5, though the 5 should be little more reliable.

Anyway, to reply to your question, you can chose both but that depends on the newsgroup server's settings. It could be they ask for Proxy and not for Socks (google a bit and you'll see the difference between them).

i have already thought about to translate it to english and perhaps i do it and then i buy an english domain an when you enter my page over this domain than its default in german and when you use the german domain it should be in german
