of course yes because illwill has nothing to do with the src lcase, it has been published firstly from warez topsites, then over p2p and ms was already knowing this but instead of to bust the real leaker, they choosed to catch someone just leeching it ... probably something the fbi were waiting for a long time ago and they didnt missed their chance to stop him :)
