Good

-They pay a good price critical vulnerabilities
-They are cool guys
-Fast payments, less than a week sometimes

Bad

-They refuse a lot of bugs
-If a discovery is patched after they acquired it, they can tell you a refund (they didn't told me to refund 5k $ really but they want me to submit a bug for free)
