| I've been trying to work through a heap overflow on a solaris 10 system, the issue is almost identical to what is detailed in the paper: Once upon a free() and the book Shell Coder's Handbook. The following is the order: malloc buff1 malloc buff2 overflow buff1 free buff2 malloc buff3 This is the same pattern both those books/papers show how to exploit, however I cannot get past several cores that occur before t_delete. If you can provide the necessary knowledge or examples I will gladly pay. I plan on selling the vuln to ZDI/Idefense once its done, so I CANNOT disclose anything more then the above. Once I have my exploit working, who ever provided the examples/knowledge will get a few hundred $ Sorry but you'll just need to trust I'll pay. |
